Dr. Lauren's care was personable as she explained her recommendations without pushing it. She was respectful of my decisions for treatment.
The fact that she was ready with a plan, made my first appointment a lot more comfortable. She was empathetic to my fears and concerns and took a lot of time to listen and validate everything that was racing through my mind. For the first time in a long time I feel like I have an advocate for me!
Dr Bollinger is a Very nice MD,she explained everything and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to perform my upcoming surgery,she made me feel very comfortable about the whole situation. Great staff all around!
Lauren was friendly and supportive and explained things to me using words I could understand. I had no questions after her explanation and am confident questions I might have in the future will be answered to my expectations. Lauren is a pleasure to work with.
The doctor listened carefully and her staff checked in before and after the appointment. Very professional.
