Thorough and wanting the best outcome for the patient. Took all the time needed to do a complete review. Listen wells to the patient.
I was able to get an appointment soon after I called and when I arrived there was very little waiting time. I immediately got an x-ray of my knee and Lauren explained the results in detail. She then ordered an MRI which I was able to get the same day. My experience with Lauren and this office was outstanding.
Lauren is A#1. Exceeded all expectations.
