I'm not sure about other branches of Allstate Insurance but this one specifically is AWESOME. Lauren is fantastic and the team that works with her is just the same. I'm young and I'm pretty new to insuring my car and my first home on my own and honestly, it's all kinda scary stuff walking into it with very little knowledge. Lauren's team slowed things down and really took the time to explain to me what coverage options I had, and what those options meant and that really meant a lot to me!
Jennifer Lamb was very helpful with setting up our combined home owners and auto insurance. She was very thorough and made sure we fully understood the coverage purchased and that it met our insurance needs.
