I recently worked with Jennifer at the Lauren Battle Allstate office and she was wonderful to work with. We had previously gotten quotes online and our mortgage company had issues getting ahold of anyone through the traditional corporate lines to pay our premiums. I reached out to this office and received quick help, Jennifer personally reached out to our mortgagebroker to ensure they had everything they needed in order for us to close on-time. Highly reccomend!
I wish I could give Lauren and her team more than 5 stars. They deserve it. We moved our insurances here from a different agency and company and the difference has been night and day. I had allstate auto insurance for around 7 years. Everything was fine until I switched vehicles. I called them to let them know and a month later, I received a charge for not only my new vehicle but for my old one as well. I called them and had them fix it. They said it was a system error. Instead of refunding me my money, they just added it as a credit to my account.
