I'm not sure about other branches of Allstate Insurance but this one specifically is AWESOME. Lauren is fantastic and the team that works with her is just the same. I'm young and I'm pretty new to insuring my car and my first home on my own and honestly, it's all kinda scary stuff walking into it with very little knowledge. Lauren's team slowed things down and really took the time to explain to me what coverage options I had, and what those options meant and that really meant a lot to me!
Jennifer at the Lauren Battle office of Allstate is absolutely excellent. Our experience from initial communication to follow up and through the documentation process was very straight forward. Jennifer provided exceptional knowledge (for our home & auto policies) and we couldn't be more satisfied!!!

I recently worked with Jennifer at the Lauren Battle Allstate office and she was wonderful to work with. We had previously gotten quotes online and our mortgage company had issues getting ahold of anyone through the traditional corporate lines to pay our premiums. I reached out to this office and received quick help, Jennifer personally reached out to our mortgagebroker to ensure they had everything they needed in order for us to close on-time. Highly reccomend!
