To be honest, I don’t know how this office is 4.8 stars.. Being a patient to Dr. Ausama started off amazing (2 yr patient).. but as time went on and I had genuine concerns about my health that went on to affect other things in my life.. I needed more attention and documentation (for my job).. It seemed as though the more I asked for my documentation, the more Dr. Ausama just didn’t care to follow through on her end.. she dropped the ball multiple times even with me having to follow up constantly which got really frustrating ... read more
