Honestly, my experience with Lauren Ashlei Hair was a letdown. She has a long list of strict rules for clients…don’t be late, no last-minute changes, no calls…but she doesn’t seem to follow them herself. She canceled and rescheduled on me multiple times with barely any notice, which made it really hard to plan around her. On top of that, she’s super hard to get in touch with. I’ve been going to this stylist for a while, but unfortunately I could never recommend her. She is extremely unprofessional and consistently late to her own appointments, despite holding clients to strict punctuality standards. She was mad at me once for being late. I apologized to her but that was clearly not good enough because she had an attitude the rest of the appointment, and repeatedly kept bringing it up multiple appointments later, even though it was just a one time incident. From the moment I sat in the chair, I knew I was in good hands. My hair turned out absolutely amazing—better than I even imagined! I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair after this experience.
