My husband and I hve tried to stop by here but its usually much later and busier so we have opted for fast food. Today we went in but 30 minutes after opening. The menu is medium sized (we didn't make it for happy hour but their happy hour prices looked great). Honestly I have read the reviews and expected OK food. Bad service, waited 10 mins outside and had to go inside to get waitress, she was "busy" playing with babies". Veggie burger was awful, and when we asked for another beer to get in before HH was over, (since we waited 8 mins to begin with) she had an attitude. She came to our table at 5:58 asking if we wanted that other drink. We already ordered the second one 15 mins prior. (With no drink) After I had to go in and ask again for service. We will NOT be back. Everyone definitely lacks "customer service" skills.
The food took half an hour to get to me and was barely lukewarm. For the prices they charge I expect better service.
We practically live here. Family friendly and solid vegetarian dishes 🥬
Amazing food! Great atmosphere, architecture, lighting, and lots of beer. Employees were friendly and inviting with little to no wait when ordering. Would recommend if you haven't had Laurelwood before.
