We held our rehearsal dinner at Northwood this spring and had a wonderful experience. They worked with us to create a menu for our event, and the chef made a berry sorbet for dessert to fit our GF and dairy free dietary needs. The food was delicious, and their private banquet area fit our needs perfectly. Our group consisted of about 20 people, and the service was great!
Just had dinner here. My boyfriend and I both got fish and chips, halibut for him and cod for me. They brought out the halibut one and fish tacos. We had to share the halibut while waiting for the cod. It was okay. The cod was gross and the batter was soggy and tasted like flour. The fries were soggy as well. Waste of $45. The waiter was not friendly either. Definitely will not be going back.

I'm sorry I missed your comment until now. I appreciate the feedback. It's helpful. We're addressing the menu and launching our new one the third week in May. I hope you'll consider coming in again and introducing yourself to me. Fish and Chips are a very personal thing for people. Beer battered is not for everyone. More importantly, there are several new fish offerings coming soon that may pique your interest.
Good food friendly staff and good beer.
Great food, but service was really slow. Took waiter 10 minutes to even acknowledge us at our table and take our drink/food order. One of the reasons we stopped eating at Laurelwood!
