Although the woman who called me from financial services, was very helpful... That is not the case for the rest of the staff. I asked for assistance in getting my daughter placed in a facility or continued Care from their facility. Their solution for a person who suffers from mental illness was a shelter rather than provide a mental health clearance letter to help with placement in a rehab sober living environment. This is by far the best facility in Atlanta and Northern Georgia. The staff are always checking in on you to make sure if you’re alright and if you need anything. If you ask them for any items or extra clothing they stop what they’re doing to go get it to you. If you need any accommodations such as needing a break from activities or changing roommates they do so with no argument. They feed you 3 meals a day with snack in between. I think about my time here all the time, the staff were so kind, the food was REALLY good like chef level, and the environment was very serene. I thank everyone who helped me get better here. Thanks everyone.
I went here twice my favriot staff are becca,cam,Amanda loo,jose and ms grey this placed helped get me stable and think straight I highly recommend the environment is clean friendly understanding and they keep the groups small so it’s not over packed
I voluntarily went inpatient last week. In the ER I met with Michelle who completely lied about everything this program has to offer. She said since I was voluntary I could leave if I didn’t think the program was a good fit, alls I had to do was sign a form. After about 20 minutes I realized this program wasn’t for me as they didn’t offer any therapeutic work, group consisted of a lady asking everyone what they wanted to do As we were sitting in the common room.
