Since the change in management I can say the enjoyment of living here has declined, the Landlord Nancy is very rude and always shows a lack of concern when it comes to actual incidents happening within the complex, this is a good complex depending on the management, I’d move just because of the fact that I have to deal with someone who manages a property I live at who doesn’t care about my safety. Stacy should have never stopped managing Nova Ridge.
The Landlord Nancy is very rude, she doesn't care about current residents, she will be nice in the beginning but after that its over, I'm not comfortable reporting anything to her, I never look forward to having to speak with her, she's demeaning, she's just a scheme to get new tenants. If Nancy was gone this apartment complex would be a better place to reside for sure.
Any apartment complex that offers incentives to leave a 5 star review is a red flag and you should run if you see it. Rose no longer works here because of how horrible this place is and Liz is the worst property manager I’ve ever had, she has cancelled multiple work orders without resolution, made promises she refused to keep and anytime you address her about it or anything else she acts like she’s too busy to do her job which is to assist the residents who pay for her property.
