I’ve had such a great experience at Nova Ridge Apartments! Stacy and Samantha have been absolutely amazing from start to finish — professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about the residents. The property is well-kept, quiet, and feels like home. Highly recommend Nova Ridge and the wonderful team that runs it!
I’ve lived at nova ridge for over a year now & I really think it is a good place. Management has been changed & in a better place now that they changed it. Stacy is a really good person she will really work with u if u willing to work with her. This place has gotten better since I first moved in, once we got a new person for management. The maintenance guy is on top of stuff too.
I don't recommend moving to Nova Ridge, now or ever, the change in management is just a name change with the same owners and same people managing the properties. I was paying 30-40$ in utilities but then one month without anyone agreeing they changed the payment to a fixed rate, making each tenant pay double, and even triple what they were paying to begin with, I spoke with an individual from their office that said the owner has no money, at this point they're expecting us to line the owners pockets with money, don't move he... read more
Since the change in management I can say the enjoyment of living here has declined, the Landlord Nancy is very rude and always shows a lack of concern when it comes to actual incidents happening within the complex, this is a good complex depending on the management, I’d move just because of the fact that I have to deal with someone who manages a property I live at who doesn’t care about my safety. Stacy should have never stopped managing Nova Ridge.
