Do Not move here. This place is nasty. The outside is discussing. They use to pick up outside but they stopped! Car break ins. Shootings. Pit Bull dogs running around with no leash. A terrible place to live. I wish I was able to upload photos.

Laurels apartments aka Little Englewood If you’re a delivery driver avoid this area at all cost. If you’re a Lyft or uber driver avoid picking up anyone here. If you’re looking for an apartment avoid this dump.

I lived in here in 1995 when my grandmother and my entire family moved from Bolingbrook to The Laurels (the old name). It was the most beautiful well kept property at the time, they didn't have section 8 people there, it was extensive background checks and every tenant either worked or were retired. I see its not the same anymore.....so sad to hear what it has become.

I have lived in the laurel apartments for the last year and I truly like it! Nothing ever perfect when you have young teenagers in the complex’s but for the most part it is extremely Quiet community we have what they called quiet time Monday through Friday it starts at 10 o’clock Saturday to Sunday it starts at 11 and everybody throughout the complex is complies! My Maintence Man is Arnie and whatever you need he’s always there my building is very clean and kept, would I recommend someone moving here yes I definitely would!
