Laurelcrest Homes has to be the worst home builder we have ever have to deal with. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The whole construction team for Fairway Meadows in Cambridge lack the construction knowledge, quality control and hire less than competent sub-contractors. They don’t review the work their sub-contractors complete which lacks quality (250 deficiencies in our house) and the customer care is useless as they are unable to coordinate trades to fix deficiencies.
