Awesome staff! I was looking for an apartment that wasn't going to break my budget but also was safe and nice for my kids to visit and play. Well guys, I found it! Justine was so nice and very quick about finding me exactly what I needed. The deposit wasn't outrageous and she helped me with every bit of the paperwork. I needed that. Great friends just moved in. They love it.
In order to rent these apartments they ask for a thousand little requirements, a thousand papers. I made the request, that is, the application, I paid and brought everything they asked for, my husband's pay stub that he earns 1890 and a letter from my job with what I get from the bank accounts. My husband has almost 7 credits and in the contract they ask for credit for Down pay, which if you have a good Down pay it is 300, if not, it is what the rent costs. Laurel Wood has the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Ginger and Justine are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I had an AC issue during the summer heat, and they showed no urgency or care. They talked over me, cut me off, and refused to work with my schedule. I’ve also heard them speak the same way to other residents. They always seem to have an attitude and don’t get anything done. Management here really needs to change. I would not recommend living at Laurel Wood.
