I lived there for one and half years asked about getting out of lease was told pay $1330 then another $729 i did now I get a letter saying I owe $1187 more . I have broke leases before never told after three month still owe money worst place i have ever l Iived Terrible Managment
Where can I start is first off please be careful with this company in which they have different company's with them and they are named Laurel woods Apartments ,Anthem at Creekside , King's Crest Townhomes, Millsprings Townhomes, Village Crest apartment homes, Village Lake Town Homes. And they have also have landlord that rent out homes. Nothing but issues out of this apartment complex. If you get a leak, they’ll stick you with the bill even if you couldn’t do anything about it. Lots of the apartments are dilapidated and moldy. Also Justine has a lot of attitude when it comes to asking for help too. The entire management team is a let down. Avoid these apartments at all cost!!!
I lived there for a year with my family. Management sucks and very rude but we proceeded to go ahead and get the apartment.. we lived in g51 at the time and while we were there mold was there. The bathroom and the vent over the shower was molded and the closet was molded. We had to throw away all types of valuables. We stayed so sick. I’m happy we moved when we did.
