Their friendly & do wonderful work.
The manager is great--understanding, genuine, flexible, smart, and fair. The grounds are well kept and lovely. The bad part is that the neighborhood isn't too safe (Shiloh). I have had numerous vandalism of my car int the parking lot, and hope it wasn't from residents. Many residents have serious cognitive diseases as well as physical ailments.
