This was by far the best renting experience I have ever had and I’ve rented a lot. My most favorite part was how responsive maintenance was. Literally there within the hour. PLUS they let me have a German shepherd which was a game changer for me and my social anxiety. PLUS it was quiet and peaceful and deer wandered the property. Clean air and positive vibes. Only apartment complex I've been to you can't schedule a viewing until the actual available move in date.
I recently came home to find water on the floor of my lower level after one of the hoses from my washing machine started to leak. I called the emergency maintenance number, explained what had happened and 2 maintenance employees came within 5 minutes with a wet/ dry vac and 3 fans. They got up as much of the water that they could then turned on the fans and added a dehumidifier. Thanks to their quick response, I didn’t have any damage to my furniture or belongings.
Parking in front of door entrance is very unbearable when you have packages, furniture delivery or groceries. Visitors should have they own parking away from building and building entrance. Only paying residents should be allowed to park infront of the building.
The office staff are always so nice but they can only allow what corporate will allow. They should have more leeway. The maintenance team are very good. I never have a complaint about them. I’ve been here almost five years but the new lease is going up $100 a month. That’s too high. The greed of corporate is not good especially since the tenants pay utilities.
