Laurel is truly exceptional at what she does. She has an incredible depth of knowledge about the body and how to listen to it, and she brings a highly skilled, intuitive approach to her work. Every time I see Laurel for cranio sacral work or visceral organ massage I always leave feeling great! She is a true healer. Just being touched by her hands makes me feel relaxed. Laurel is excellent at what she does, with a highly attuned sense for the subtleties of the mind-body system. I really appreciate the way she incorporates somatic psychology and Craniosacral approaches into her sessions, it is truly so powerful. Laurel’s approach allows her to get to the root(s) of an issue. I experience frequent headaches and Laurel’s work has been one of the few approaches that has felt truly helpful. Thank you!
I've seen Laurel over several years and she does a great job at freeing up mental and physical blocks and getting things moving. She has a light touch yet her therapy (primarily, with me, Crano Sacral with some stretches and mysterious energy work) seems to take me the extra mile between visits. Highly recommend.
