Mold was in and near the HVAC cabinet /vents. I noticed the carpet wet near the window / HVAC wall. After multiple emails with Jaytoria, maintenance just blamed the rain & dried the carpet; when wetness continued, they resealed the window. Wetness continued, so I myself had checked inside the HVAC cabinet (see photo) & noticed a pipe leak. After multiple calls, they finally repaired it. This building has been a pain for whole neighborhood with unnecessary lot construction (the lot has not changed at all) and noise issues. The desk person is a busybody who harasses people for no good reason, and bothers the caretakers of neighboring buildings. No wonder the business at Subway is tanking - people have nowhere to park! Edit: Attached is the beginning of the exchange with their building management, just fyi. So they lie, too. Believe the negative reviews - this place is trash.

I would have definitely given a 0. Very, very bad management. They used to be great, but over a year, I have watched it get worse! They did not send moving-out instructions and charged 500 dollars for damages I did not cause. I have heard the same review from a friend who left earlier!

Live here for 2 years. Management was great until move out time. They charge $100 every hour you are still actively moving out after 12 pm, due to maintenance "needing" to enter the apartment right away for repairs. It's bs, it's not brought up during lease signing. When you are asking management why that is a thing, and why do you have to be out by 12 pm, they say "your lease is up at 12 pm", WELL I paid for a full 30 days of rent, time should at least be given til office closes. I’m a third shift worker, so I sleep during the day. I live in Laurel Curve and there has been a massive ongoing demolition project for the entire term of my lease. On multiple occasions I’ve had to get hotel rooms due to the noise.
