I can never seem to reach the person in charge; they only get back to me days later. I called yesterday and told them I was planning to visit, asking if I needed to schedule an appointment. They replied that no schedule was necessary—that simply showing up would be sufficient. So, I drove 40 minutes from a distance to get there. There isn't even a leasing office on the premises. I moved into a freshly renewed unit in August 2015. It had fresh distressed wood looking linoleum and ceramic tile floors, fresh paint on all the walls and raggedy appliances except for the a/c which was very small to try to cool the entire apartment.

This place is cockroach infested save your money and go somewhere else yes it is cheap but is very uncomfortable having to live with cockroaches everywhere in your apartment no matter how much they spray they keep coming back after I returned the apartment they sent me a bill for blinds that were never there when I first moved in they found a way to keep every penny of the deposit and they will nickel and dime you until they keep everything and charger you some more !

The manager works hard to keep the property clean. Repairs are made immediately upon request. My apartment is super clean, well maintained, modern and I am paying $500 less for what I had in midtown. I cabnot complain!
