Terrible apartment complexes they have rats and there pool and spa is always closed and when I want to go the spa is ice cold and the jets don’t work. Way too overpriced don’t move here. They take forever to get back to you too
Laurel Terrace Apt Homes are very centrally located in the Ladera Ranch Community with incredible walkability to restaurants, shops, entertainment, schools, churches, gyms, and more! But they are also very clean and comfortable and maintained along with having little to no noise pollution! It’s pretty much a perfect location for those looking for a safe, comfortable, centralized apartment home with all of the amenities at a reasonable price!
Not worthy at all, $2,500 for 1bd-1bth monthly and the carpet, floor, appliances, tile, kitchen cabinets and even paint feel very, very old and cheap. Be careful and take pictures and videos the day you start your contract and when you leave as well. They are going to tell you "you left the apartment just fine" but then and they're going to try to keep your security deposit and if you desagree they're not going to answer back to you anymore. Get well informed about your tenant rights. Good look.
