Liz was very helpful, informative and thorough. The apartment is like brand new, very much appreciated that everything was changed. Great location and overall wonderful experience getting approved, turning in all necessary paperwork and moving in.
Huge shoutout to Edwin from maintenance! At 8.30 pm I found an issue with my refrigerator. He arrived within 20 minutes of my after-hours call to fix it. I’ve lived at Laurel Terrace for 11 years now, and both the management and maintenance teams are always fantastic.
Had a great experience touring the community today with Liz. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the tour. Liz’s positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you for making the apartment search process so pleasant!
Terrible apartment complexes they have rats and there pool and spa is always closed and when I want to go the spa is ice cold and the jets don’t work. Way too overpriced don’t move here. They take forever to get back to you too
