To whom it may concern at QUEST. I have lived at Arden Pointe Apartments going into my 26th year. There has been quite a chane since Dryfess Brother was the property manager. There has never been such a great and proficient company as Dryfess. Since Quest has taken over the management here has had a plethora of issues going awry. Don’t do it to yourself you will regret it! This place definitely has BED BUGS ..I caught one myself! Mice practically run the place. The first month will seem fine if you even make it that far…but honey when the mice come out they stay out. Kill one, here comes their cousin and best friend! Every day you’ll hear scratching, running and see your snacks being eaten and be prepared to increase your pest control budget bc you’ll be purchasing mouse traps until you move out!
