I’ve been living on this property for over 4 years, and I have to say that Chantai in the leasing office truly makes a difference. she’s always professional, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every time I’ve needed assistance, she has gone above and beyond to make sure things are handled the right way. Her kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed she’s one of the main reasons my experience here has been positive.!
Edit: 9/14/25- I’ve now lived here for 5 years. The recent change in management has been pleasant. The floor in my kitchen was warped so I placed a maintenance request. They set an appointment with me and arrived within 2 days to remove and replace the entire flooring. However when I saw the replacement, I was quite disappointed because the work was sloppy and rushed. I contacted the management again and they apologized and sent someone else to replace it. I will be honest, I moved here with hesitation. The previous reviews were disturbing, especially the pest issue. It's only been 3 months, and I have to admit, it has been a good surprise. I have had a few minor issues with plumbing and they have all been resolved within 24 hours. The new property manager seems to really care about who lives here.
