Rodent infested and maintenance takes over three days to complete a repair! They place late notices on your door before the 5th. Your harassed about rental payments before the end date of the 5th. Worst complex I’ve ever lived at and highly recommend going somewhere else. Walls are thin flooring is weak and lastly this is not a place I recommend moving to. After reading some of these reviews, I felt like I should share my experience. Luckily I did not experience any mice or roaches. When they say there are new people in the office every other day believe them . The lady who helped me fill out my application wasnt even the lady to give me my keys or sign my lease. In February 2022 I recieved the notice if I wanted to renew my lease or not. I declined due to finding a new town house. I emailed them and stated I will be out by March 1st. Now that there’s a new apm working things have gotten better in the office. Accounts are being corrected. Only thing now is that maintenance needs to make sure they order enough supplies. My mother’s work order has been marked as complete but they still have not replaced it.
The complex is affordable and you’ll get approved. Just understand, you will be living in the HOOD. I’ve lived here at Arden Pointe for about 3yrs. I was aware of the reviews before moving and they are all true. I’ve had a problem with the condition of my apt ON MOVE IN DAY but the leasing office staff changes regularly so it’s been an ongoing struggle of explaining.
