If you want your belongings to disappear. Store them here. The property owner has had a lot of people move campers/RVs into the lot and then lives out of it. Leaveing the gates open. The owner is aware of the people living in the yard but doesn't address it. Nothing here is secure or safe.
I rented a storage unit for a month. The door is not properly sealed. So my storage unit had water coming in through door and the roof also leaked. Some of my stuff got ruined because of the water coming in to the storage unit. I called the lady from Southside storage and they're not responsible if there was damage due to property. I thought I was paying money for having a secure and dry place for my belongings. I guess not... Not happy about my stuff got ruined... 😢
