All experiences I’ve had with Laurel Smile have been so great. And my last visit Dr. Pollack really went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
My first time at Laurel Smile Dentistry. My previous dentist cancelled me three times, and as 2025 ended on 31 December, Laurel Smile Dentistry took me in the same day. They were courteous and kind. I was able to get my teeth cleaned, rescheduled for a crown replacement, and referred to another service to treat an infection growing in the root of the tooth. They use state-of-the-art technology in this industry, and I am grateful to them for keeping my teeth and hygiene secure.
I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I was quoted $2,200 for a molar crown, with $1,700 out of pocket, which I believe is unreasonably high. At no point was I clearly informed about lower-cost options or advised that waiting until my insurance benefits reset could have significantly reduced my out-of-pocket expense.
