Our realtor, Laurel Robinson, met with us, reviewed the property, explained the process and set a timeline for marketing our house. The staging of the house was excellent. The house sold the first day it was listed. The timeline was adhered to and the whole process went very smoothly up through closing. Laurel was consistently available to answer our questions. Based on her availability, knowledge and organizational skills, I can recommend her services without reservation.
When searching for a Realtor to list my property, I found a similar property in the same area listed by Laurel Robinson. Even though her office is not in the same area, I decided to contact her. She provided a very thorough marketing plan for the sale of my property. I felt she was much more thorough than the other Realtor I interviewed. I received an offer very close to asking price under the average days on market for my area. The transaction went very smoothly. I would use Laurel again.

We LOVED working with Laurel to find our perfect home. She helped us understand what we really wanted to have in a house by showing us different places with different features and once we narrowed down the search, she helped us target exactly the homes that met our criteria.
