I've lived here for a few months now, and I'm really enjoying it! It's relatively close to the town center, the apartment is well kept and clearly had been repainted, cleaned, etc. before I moved in. Maintenance help and management have been nice and responsive. The snow removal process mentioned in another review is a little weird to me, but I just asked my neighbor about it the first time it snowed and it wasn't actually a big deal. Stay away! What an awful experience I had staying here back in 2018. I had over $3000 worth of items stolen from my basement storage space with 0 help from management even though they had records of who entered the basement! Shady staff and a shady corporation. They will raise rent by at least $60 after a year so be sure to factor that into your plans. Don't be fooled by the website, the wood floors are obnoxiously squeaky and the counters and bathroom are all laminate. There are better places to stay around, and this is com... read more
