Been here 2 years & i’ve had my car towed twice unexpectedly. the most dumbest reason was i was parked in visitors but im a resident, which i parked in visitors bc my tire was flat & i didn’t want to hinder other residents spots + i didn’t have a parking sticker at the time. i’ve put in multiple maintenance requests which nun of them ever got fixed since the 2 years i’ve been here. they just want to make money & the front office people are as dumb as a rock & throw dreams at you. Don’t come here please i warn you.

When I first moved in, things were a bit rough the apartment had an unpleasant odor and several items were broken (blinds, light fixtures, toilet seat, peeling cabinets). It took a while to address the concerns, but management has seemed to be committed to fixing the issues so far. There have been some issues with regards to the upkeep of shared amenities and attention to cleanliness, but I’m hopeful, the living experience here will improve.
I cannot stress enough how miserable my experience has been at this complex. I lived at my previous apartment for two years without a single issue, but this place has been a nightmare from day one. When I moved in, the apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor of stale cigarette smoke and marijuana, and several things were already broken: blinds, light fixtures, a toilet seat, and peeling cabinets.
