Larry and Joe did a wonderful job fixing my dryer and thermostat. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I really appreciate their hard work and great service!
I'm writing this review purely because of how great Larry has been throughout my unit's maintenance issues! Each time I've submitted a work order, he starts on it that day and his professional skill set is evident. I've lived in numerous other apartments in BCS and Larry sets the standard. Trusting my apartment complex's maintenance team is a huge deal to me after my past experienes, and that trust is a reason I am re-leasing here at The Halston.
I have lived here for almost two years now. Move in was stress-free, the office was responsive and let us see the unit before we signed (I insisted upon it) even though it was inconvenient for them. I love the floor plan (2 bed 2 bath), it is small but very homey. Lots of windows so there's lots of light during the day, which I enjoy. Storage in the kitchen is lacking, there's no pantry and the washer and dryer are in the kitchen too. Just wanted to come on here and give Maegan a shout out! She was very helpful and fast at getting my car back after it was towed. I really appreciate everything she did tonight! And made the situation 10 times less stressful :)
