When I first moved in, things were a bit rough the apartment had an unpleasant odor and several items were broken (blinds, light fixtures, toilet seat, peeling cabinets). It took a while to address the concerns, but management has seemed to be committed to fixing the issues so far. There have been some issues with regards to the upkeep of shared amenities and attention to cleanliness, but I’m hopeful, the living experience here will improve.
I cannot stress enough how miserable my experience has been at this complex. I lived at my previous apartment for two years without a single issue, but this place has been a nightmare from day one. When I moved in, the apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor of stale cigarette smoke and marijuana, and several things were already broken: blinds, light fixtures, a toilet seat, and peeling cabinets. This is the first time I’ve ever moved into an apartment and as they said the first is the worst. Never expected it to be this bad. My refrigerator just went out after spending over $100 on groceries but to go bad. My dishwasher leaks after they said they came to fix it. And on top of that there is mold in my bathroom cabinets that make me feel ill just opening them. On top of everything there are roaches.
