They are Slum lords. Do not take care of property. Violation codes especially in kitchen by sink. The are not GFI outlets near water. The management at their properties is awful. If you have a maintenance issue after hours you have to wait till next day. They do threaten and harass renters if you have to many issues. I would never recommend them to anyone. They openly discriminate against the disabled. My brother and I are both disabled him being developmentally disabled. They evicted me last January on lies of nonpayment of rent. Afterward I wrote a review on ****** ****about the pine grove apartments ,they responded by calling me and my brother by name thief's . They like threaten and harass any tenants with issues ,and withhold rent payments from people's accounts in the hopes that they'll just leave. This company is a fraud. Property maintenance does absolutely nothing. Trash is everywhere on the properties, as well as pot holes and trenches in the parking lots. Other fraudulent activities: 1. Management back-dates monthly rental charges on leases. I signed a lease in April 2023 and they charged me for March, although it was their fault that the lease was not renewed on-time.
