The actual development was excellent but the approach/surrounding area not so good.
Laurel Reserve is absolutely stunning. We saw signs and traveled up the winding rode in thru big iron gates. Driving in and seeing the gates I felt so protected. They where only open during the day so you can speak about a home. We currently do not live here at Laurel Reserve but I will say we are wanting to. Laurel Reserve is breath taking with almost every home on water. They have beautiful fountains in the water as well. A kayak launch over on the river side.
