Unfortunately I found this place online. And I didn’t get a tour before paying application fees, deposit, rent. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. When preparing to move in, the communication sucks. I wasn’t told to get a money order before arriving on first month rent. Then when I received the keys, I was pointed the directions instead of a tour. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve lived here for only 2 months! Area is targeted for robberies. I had an attempted robbery 2 weeks ago maintenance never came which allowed someone to try a second time and all my things were stolen. They are negligent. The area is a mess and is unkept. The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. I made a huge mistake moving here and I will be breaking my lease ASAP.
