A place I wouldn’t waste time with they don’t fix anything mold in every area of the apartment and when you report the office staff take they time to even come check my ceiling was leaking from my front door all the way through which leaked on my newborn I report it all I got was we will send someone by that time I was over paying rent until things got done it never did and I had move out corporate really need to revise things there seriously me and kids been dealing with mold spores on lung things has eased up since we left... read more

Death Trap!!! Don’t do it. If you’ve been trying to apply out here & the office staff never answers thank your lucky stars. Take it as a sign and find somewhere else to stay!! If you’ve do gain access into the office your met with the strong odor of weed smoke. The apartments have mold. The residents are constantly sick. The pool have only been fixed 2 months out of serval years. (Btw the code office said that they won’t fix the pool because they actually don’t have a PERMIT to open it) It looks like a swamp. I have tried the online inquiry about three times. I called multiple times and can never get through the office. Im just trying to find a place to reside. I am new moving into town from Alamance county and just received a job at the hospital only thing I need now is a place to stay. The Community looks like a great place to live !
