It is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. I lived there for 5years and I am so thankful that God has released me from that nightmare. From the mold, the numerous floods, the leaks, and the high water bill because of the leaks…. I was about to lose my mind! A place I wouldn’t waste time with they don’t fix anything mold in every area of the apartment and when you report the office staff take they time to even come check my ceiling was leaking from my front door all the way through which leaked on my newborn I report it all I got was we will send someone by that time I was over paying rent until things got done it never did and I had move out corporate really need to revise things there seriously me and kids been dealing with mold spores on lung things has eased up since we left... read more
Do they accept evictions on peoples credit? Because we got one Because if a landlord that wasn't nice we paid it off amd she still took us to court
Death Trap!!! Don’t do it. If you’ve been trying to apply out here & the office staff never answers thank your lucky stars. Take it as a sign and find somewhere else to stay!! If you’ve do gain access into the office your met with the strong odor of weed smoke. The apartments have mold. The residents are constantly sick. The pool have only been fixed 2 months out of serval years. (Btw the code office said that they won’t fix the pool because they actually don’t have a PERMIT to open it) It looks like a swamp.
