Death Trap!!! Don’t do it. If you’ve been trying to apply out here & the office staff never answers thank your lucky stars. Take it as a sign and find somewhere else to stay!! If you’ve do gain access into the office your met with the strong odor of weed smoke. The apartments have mold. The residents are constantly sick. The pool have only been fixed 2 months out of serval years. (Btw the code office said that they won’t fix the pool because they actually don’t have a PERMIT to open it) It looks like a swamp. I have tried the online inquiry about three times. I called multiple times and can never get through the office. Im just trying to find a place to reside. I am new moving into town from Alamance county and just received a job at the hospital only thing I need now is a place to stay. The Community looks like a great place to live !

Worst place to move in trash everywhere the property manger tammy is the worst the office always smells like weed and alcohol she smells like she been drinking on the clock and kids breaking in to cars stealing packages dumpster always full with trash and on the ground she loses money orders for rent and i dont recommend moveing here people blasting music all night during the weekdays late as hell kids are rude and extra loud this place is unprofessional and dirty kids damaging cars shoot outs almost every night and day offi... read more
