Run away! this place sucks. Kept me without ac for 2 months and they took my deposit. I left the apartment way better than what they gave me and they still took my deposit. Everything on the picture I fixed myself. They never helped. No rente aqui no pierdan su dinero ay mejores lugares en jacksonville.
Property management and maintenance team are punctual and efficient! I find the late night karaoke a great vibe and the neighbors are kind.
Laurel Pointe’s a fine place to live. The folks runnin’ things are friendly and know their stuff, and the maintenance crew gets the job done quick and right. Feels like home here.
