Property management and maintenance team are punctual and efficient! I find the late night karaoke a great vibe and the neighbors are kind.
Laurel Pointe’s a fine place to live. The folks runnin’ things are friendly and know their stuff, and the maintenance crew gets the job done quick and right. Feels like home here.
I love it here. Kind staff, quick maintenance, and a lovely new pool my grandkids adore. The office even had a fun back-to-school party.
I absolutely love living at Laurel Pointe Apartments! The property manager, is truly one of a kind—she’s professional, caring, and always goes above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance is amazing as well, especially Bill! They’re quick to respond and super friendly. Between the great management and the prompt maintenance, this is easily the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. Highly recommend!
I had amazing experience with Evelin! I did not end up renting with them but the atmosphere was amazing, she was friendly, and supportive with all my questions!
