Horrible management, horrible tenants, and trash everywhere. Overpriced for dingy units that are never fixed when you ask. Too much violence and drug use. Don't ever live here!

worst place – I was living there for 8 months in those 8 months there were cops there everyday for DRUGS fight and god knows what else. There was a MURDERr a GUN pulled.. people are always smoking pot. 10 cars got broken into at 3am cars got stolen. stolen cars are stashed there. the apartments are sh*t for what you pay. they are slow to fix things. they dont take care of their landscape Im 5'2 and the weeds were a foot taller than me. the pool is broken. if you look at someone the wrong way they will try to fight you. the m... read more

Don't live here if you like to feel safe – This place is a SHITHOLE. My sister moved there but could have found way better, for less, in NW or NE. I went to visit her and spent the night, parked legally with the proper 'visitor' tag. My car was keyed, it's noisy, the apartments themselves are old, broken down and they nickle and dime the tenants for sewer, garbage, all kinds of deposits.
