As much as I dreaded to have my crown removed and re-made again due to an inadequate bite that was causing discomfort when chewing, I returned to Laurel Pines to have it done. Dr. Samad understood my issue and accommodated my needs which indicated he valued my business and wanted to correct what was previously done in error. I appreciate this and will continue to go there for all of my dental needs.

I was and always been terrified of the Dentist and avoided going at all cost basically forever. Finally broke down and set up a appointment because I was hurting so bad. I needed alot of work, as I feared deep cleaning, root canals, crowns, fillings, basically everything including cost. This is my 3rd visit ... I am so happy with the overall service. .. appointment times & availability, front office being helpful & friendly, dental care assistants are AMAZING... and Dr Samad keeps me laughing & smiling, pain free.... highly recommend!

How quickly u do not forgot! I now have a new dentist... but not at Laurel Pines! After a $4000 root canal and crown and finding out my root canal only 90% complete..... Laurel Pines not caring for a moment that it was incomplete, No offers for resolution. Instead they’re only comment was we are not required by law to use a 3-D x-ray which is what I showed them to prove my case. I have moved on but it still dits poorly with me. So wrong! My son hit his face in the side of his bed(don’t ask how lol) and his tooth came out. In a panic I found that Laurel Pines was open 24 hours. I called and the very friendly receptionist asked for photos of his mouth and tooth so she can show the dentist. I sent over the photos and she called back right away and said that it was a baby tooth and not to worry! I’m so happy that they were able to help and so fast! Tammy even texted me the following day to make sure my kid was okay!! If I could rate them more stars I would!!
