I will not be taking my son back to this doctor or referring anyone to this place. It’s unfortunate because the doctor her self was great to us but when you have a rude staff it’s not worth it. Do not take your children here. My children have been going here since they were born, 2016 and 2017. Everybody was amazing back then, but now the doctors and staff are rude and just don't care. My daughter had a lump in her breast, a few months back, went to go get an ultrasound done, and they tried saying she had a tumor and she needed surgery done. Dr Confer suggested that my 16 year old go on Ozempic at our wellness visit while she was in the room. My daughter is a size 10. She already suffers from body dysmorphia.
I have been taking my kids here since they were newborns. People were great, doctors were great, but over the years of going here doctors changing, staff changing, everybody became miserable and doesn't like doing their job. They do not check IDs, they keep saying my kids father girlfriend is their mom on paperwork and she is most definitely not. Too me, it's disrespectful, my opinion. I have been here since 2016. I wish I could change, but nowhere to go that is good anymore. Nobody cares enough!
