Laurel park is the nicest,friendliest place I've ever called home. It's location is ideal and the apartment is nicely updated and practical. I recommend this place extremely. Ward Leis
The maintenance guy Dave was great! Fixed the problem with my dishwasher and explained everything as he went and he’s really great with animals!
The neighbor hood is nice and friendly as well as in a good locating being a 5 minute walk from downtown Boise with a wonderful maintenance and management team
My fiancé and I just renewed our lease. In the year+ we’ve lived here, things have been great! Management is super responsive, any time we’ve had a question or needed anything (which hasn’t been often), they’ve gotten back to us quickly. Dave, who handles maintenance, is awesome. He’s super friendly and always on top of things. Whenever something does come up, it’s fixed VERY quickly. The community itself is quiet and very clean.
