They really need the old crew back Paula and Quinn are the best! Great customer service and very professional! I never had so many problems until the new manger came . The customer service is horrible.
I been here 3 yrs. And I love my building. The ppl. In my building respect each other friendly and we watch out for each other. We keep the building clean. We've had I couple of bad apples young ppl. Wanting to party smoke weed in the hallways but that's not going on in my building. The only problem I've had was families with small kids living over me and they just don't care about there kids up all night running over our heads all day and night. You all have horrible excuse for a management team !! I have a family member who lives there and it takes forever for maintenance to address her issues and she has contacted you several times today about her refrigerator going out and you have NOT had anyone come out, I will be contacting the news next because you take tax breaks for leasing to low income families and then treat them like shit!!!
