No recomiendo estos apartamentos tengo tres años de vivir aquí y siempre han habido muchos problemas con mantenimiento y ni hablar de la administración por más que llegues y les digas que te resuelvan los problemas con el apartamento no lo hacen, tengo muchos días pidiendo que reparen mi calefacción porque no sirve, está demasiado frío y no hacen nada, me tienen con mentiras que van a llegar los de mantenimiento y nunca lo hacen, si quieres evitarte dolores de cabeza no te los recomiendo.

Only move here if you LOVE leaf blowers. I have lived all over the valley for 22 years. I have dealt with weekly leaf blowing from communities. This community specifically hires one guy to hang around the complex from 6 am to 5 pm to leaf blow and clean SIX DAYS A WEEK. You hear it from morning to afternoon. Every. Day. The security guard that they have? Yeah, we see them like once a week. Yes a bit pricey and some of the charges the owner has are ridiculous because seems like we pay double for lights and trash service. And we can’t even opt out of trash service. For the price we pay it should cover it. But owners always find something to charge you extra for. Welcome to Vegas 😂 but overall I’m happy and the office has been very helpful and understanding. Thank you to Evy and Liz. They always help fix my issues.
This HAS to be the most unjustified place in all of Las Vegas to live in. The rent is honestly pretty high for NV at about $1,500 and it is not at all justified for amount of problems we face on a day to day basis. We’ve been informed by all the maintenance technicians that these apts have been poorly maintained by previous parties and it really shows.
