Moved to Vegas last year and when it came to renew, I didn't find anything comparable to the size and space we have here. I have never had an issue with management. I know they have changed since we moved here, but Lis, the leasing consultant has always been lovely to work with. It's typical apartment living, sometimes your good neighbors move away, sometimes things break or wear out, but as long as you keep communicating the issues will get fixed. Rent is reasonable, office staff is attentive. It's an older complex so of course it will have its wear and tear issues but, for the price and proximity to the strip, its a good deal. We got this apartment and moved here from out of state, everything was expeditiously taken care of after approval. They work with you if something comes up and you're running a few days behind to pay rent, and offer flex so you can split your payments each month. I wouldn't even recommend my worse enemy to live here. I'll start with the pros it's quiet, that is all. The cons of this place which is crazy that I've experienced so many, and I haven't even lived here 6 months yet. The plumbing is terrible. There were multiple leaks in the master bedroom, the master tub, which has no shower, btw; the faucet didn't even work, and it had a leak as well. If I could give 0 stars I would this place is horrible!!! Every change of the season my ac/heat goes out and my disabled kids have to suffer, cause they are too cheap and refuse to replace the ac unit on the roof the pool is never open but they are constantly charging $100+ on your rent for community fees for things you will never be able to use.
