My apartment was infested with ants. Cook Pest Control came out three times to spray and on the third visit also laid sticky traps. These sticky traps can be seen in the post move out inspection photos the local office manager took below. The regional manager was out on a family emergency and no one ever updated me on whether I would be expected to pay the move out fee due to extenuating circumstances. We LOVE our management and maintenance here! No matter what the issue is they are so quick to respond. They are so, so friendly too. And quick! Our maintenance man has come in as little as 10 minutes when services are requested and always makes sure our needs are met. He's a great guy. We love our apartment and so do our pets! Great place to live.
