Very Professional and friendly.
Very bad customer service. David and the mechanic are okay, but the young guy with glasses is extremely rude and needs anger management training. While I was there, he was arguing aggressively on the phone with someone, and later turned that anger on me. I replaced an air breaker valve that costs about $40, but he charged me $360 for labor—three hours for a job that should have taken one. Made us remove factory window tint on a DOT vehicle that was straight from the dealer. Never had an issue passing before but would not pass until the driver scraped off the tint. I understand if it was aftermarket because I have seen plenty of dark windows on the road, but this truck was ordered from Ford with no added tint.
