Don’t let the beautiful grounds and fancy golf carts fool you. I Paid $350 plus tax for a Jacaranda Tree and installation because of the recommendations and warranty. The tree died and they refuse to cover it under warranty. They offered to sell me a new one at “cost” of $225 plus $100 of Delivery/installation. Never spending another dime here.
"One stop shop" for all gardening and landscaping needs! Dave and his staff provided excellent friendly service, knowledgeable advice and quality product. I have no need to shop around in the future, as his Laurel Oaks Nursery "Park" has it all! Rafeal and Cuoy delivered and planted our new Roebelinni so quick in our front yard, it was just short of magic! Outstanding experience Dave, thank you and your team!
The nursery is impressive with its variety. Although we spent thousands of dollars for plants and landscaping, we received an inferior knock off of Blue My Mind blue daze plants and Randy reneged on his promise to replace several shrubs that died. Several varieties were planted in areas that were unsuitable. Of course, the nursery has a limited warranty, but it is very limited. I have seen similar varieties of equal quality at Home Depot and Lowes that carry a one year warranty.
This nursery has an amazing selection of healthy top quality plants. Very helpful staff and owner. It was a pleasure shopping here.
I've been here 3 times & every time they have been amazing! Customer service is great! They spent a lot of time with me to understand what I was looking for. So helpful & knowledgeable. Huge variety of plants and trees - much larger than it looks from the street!
I had the best customer service ever from Forrest Endress. He was so thorough, answered all my questions and totally entertained my children. I love my new landscape and think that Laurel Oaks is a very beautiful place and unique experience.
