I was a patient when this place was named Ramsey youth services. I was beaten daily by staff and other patients. Staff weren't paid enough to give a crap and toyed and instigated fights among everyone only to be able to pin us and hold us down. I was over medicated and had constant ear infections that weren't treated it got to the point of flushing my ear with medication and antibiotics because I had green in it. Wonderful staff, helped a lot with my grand daughter. She was here for a week and they really helped her with coping skills. The staff was amazing there, i would really recomend it.
I stayed here a few years back due to self harm. They never administered my meds to me for the first 4 days and randomly changed them. I had been on those meds for a few months and my mother tried to provide them with some we had and they told her they couldn’t take them and they had it handled. There were constant fights they would barely try to break up. I spoke to the therapist one time in my stay and I was there 2 or more weeks. I saw a doctor one time also.
