I move 2016 there for almost 7 years . When we first got there it was beautiful. Property manager was so responsible respectful and nice . As the years went by and property management change ! So did the place . I asked them repeatedly to change my unit because of my health concerns being on the second floor was a struggle for me even with several drs notes nothing! Very nice apartments. Some tenants need to pick up after their dogs.
Hostile manager, unprofessional. Never has anything fixed. Everything was busted when we moved in. Lots of bugs and roaches. Pools always closed. Trash everywhere. This place sucks.....
If I could leave no stars I would. Me an my family lived at this apartment complex for 4 years. We tried our best to overlook all the negatives. We had no A/C for our apartment until our last year at this residence. We put in multiple work orders an seen cleaning tabs thrown into the A/C. We reported the problems after so many failed attempts to fix the A/C to management who did absolutely nothing. Nasty conditions, trash everywhere, insects. It's always noisy, kids roam everywhere unsupportivesed. Nothing works! Everything is outdated or broken! Packages get stolen all the time if they cannot access the office. Rent goes up all the time, started at 875 now it's 1300. A/C does not work. Office manager is negative, and never on time with anything you request. Poor communication and very rude. She has an attitude and does not care about the resident. STEER CLEAR!!! TRUST ME!!
