I loved Dr Brannen. She delivered my first baby and was quick on her feet to save my life and my baby’s life and I will always cherish her for that. Unfortunately the 3 stars is for her office staff. I am pregnant with my second baby and tried to schedule to see dr Brannen again but the lady over the phone assumed with my type of insurance that I would have to be self pay. Dr Brannen is a wonderful doctor! I came to her a little over a month ago with pre-menopausal symptoms. She did a biopsy on me, and brought me back in for results and to talk about what was to be done next. I just had a partial hysterectomy with her not even a week ago and I feel amazing! She listened to me when no one else would, she explained everything in a way I understood and she took the time to speak with my husband after my surgery and explain to him what she did also. I scheduled appointment online and recieved reminder emails for it. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk lady told me "the system canceled the appointment because she does not see new patients on Fridays." This policy is not indicated anywhere on the website or scheduling portal. There was no attempt via phone nor email to notify me that my appointment was canceled.
I absolutely love Dr. Brannen and her team! They are SO knowledgeable and kind and willing to answer any questions you may need. She was really able to help me out when I needed some speedy answers and was able to get a needed surgery quicker than I thought. She is very thorough and just such a kind and personable person. That hour drive is worth it every time!
