I have been a patient for a long time and over the years I have begun to see the level of service deteriorate. The office staff is all gone getting an appointment is like pulling teeth, the portal that once was very helpful is no longer. I am not sure what has happening but the level of service is definitely gone in the wrong direction. Perhaps it is time to locate a new provider.
