The rental office is very friendly and accommodating especially Rachana, our family has dealt with her quite a few times and she is very friendly and professional.
We lived there since 2023 and never had any problems but when we had any issues Ravkirat, Kiran and Fiaz would always solve the issues right away… it was a great experience dealing with Fiaz when we were moving out of the apartment!
Very disappointed with Laurel Meadows. They charged us too much money for small and unnecessary things after move-out. I took good care of the unit, but they still added extra charges that don’t seem fair. When I tried to discuss it, they didn’t show understanding or flexibility. It feels like they only care about money, not about treating tenants fairly. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve their management and billing practices.
They strive to make you feel at home. from the community events to the smiles you receive from visiting the offices, these are caring people. thanks to Faiz who lead the apartment life community. special thing they are reliable I received all my security deposit from them. Happiest movement for me again thanks to Faiz and Bradstreet team.
