I don't know what everyone is talking about in their reviews. I researched about this place prior to move in and didn't expect extravagant luxury but what I got was a clean, quiet, nice place to live. that's enough for me. my house doesn't have pests and I don't even see anywhere for them to access the inside of my house. This is a great place to live - everyone online is just a negative nancy. there are over 300 apartments here and only a few bad reviews; everyone else is happy.
I wish I had researched about this place before I decided to live there. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! First day of move in, I saw bugs and hornet in my kitchen and living room. And my bathroom was PINK! (I hate pink!) They never show you the apartment you're going to live in but the one next to their office which is very nice and clean. I am living in Laurel Manor and it is horrible. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to move into this place. The first two months were ok but then I'm noticing I may have a bed bug issue now. When I spoke to the office about it they tried to tell me before each apartment is leased it is externinated but obviously not because they keep having issues.
