I was able to make just one visit here and had a good experience. All the staff were helpful and Linz y my therapist was the best. However, I could not make to my second appointment due to my transportation problem and since then I’m lacking & missing this serves. Now, I’m having a serious mental health crises & am not sure how I could receive this service again. Please help me get treated, I want to live long.
A wonderful therapy experience has been overwhelmed by continual failures to maintain competent psychiatric services. Prior authorizations go unanswered, forms left incomplete for weeks, and supervisors unsympathetic to the fact their delays are delays to your well-being. Expect high turnaround and little continuity of care.
My therapist moved here and I followed. It's a pretty nice place and the staff are efficient and approachable. About the only issues are fairly mundane, such as the waiting room not having nearly enough chairs. Overall, good place.
The company is very well run. They check your benefits beforehand so you know what's covered. The support staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about therapists and their benefits. Paperwork beforehand tells you what to expect. The staff are extremely dedicated and truly enjoy what they do. There are also various services available, so you can be referred for more intense home and community services if outpatient doesn't work. There is good communication between staff.
At first I was happy as they were the only place I could find that would take a child under the age of 5 with ADHD. Now, they just don't seem to care. My Grandson's therapist quit/fired and they never replaced her. She wasn't even good. Now they say there is a waiting list for therapy but they have a family based mental health service they can provide in the meantime. Yea that would be great if they ever got back to my daughter about it! Meanwhile, my daughter is struggling with my grandson.
