disaster These apartments are a "Payton Place" and it starts with management. Judy and Lloyd do nothing but talk about other tenants, so I know they talk about me. They evict people for swimming in street clothes yet let their Great Granddaughter swim in her street clothes. Lloyd who is not employed here sits in office and calls tenants names....
