This company is horrible to work with. They don't return phone calls or emails. They made out my check incorrectly at settlement that when i took it to the bank I couldn't deposit it, when I contacted them they said that they would wire the money if I voided the check. When I didn't receive the wire I called them and haven't heard from them since after many call calls and emails trying to get this resolved. I will be contacting the appropriate authorities.
We had an incredible closing experience for our first home with Erica! She was thorough, patient in explaining the details, and made everything feel fully stress free! I will use them for any future purchases!
