If I could give zero stars I would, a couple weeks before my first appointment I got a text and a call telling me that I needed to reschedule, mind you this appointment has been scheduled since early April as that was the earliest appointment, I had thought Dr Jordan would be a good fit as her reviews were amazing through my insurance, but now finding out I either have to wait a couple more months to see her or go with her NP. Be aware that they will not send you any sort of appointment confirmations and will refuse you service if you miss your first appointment without calling because you didn't know you had one.
I went to Dr. Jordan once, for a wellness visit. I will not be going back. Dr. Jordan bruised me during her exam. The Pap smear was really painful, which I mentioned at the time (and was ignored). In general, Dr. Jordan couldn't get out of the room fast enough. Not what I'd expect for an appointment with a new patient.
my appointment was at 3pm - i was called back to the exam room and spoke with the nurse. she told me to put the gown on and the doctor would be in shortly. i sat in the cold exam room in nothing but the paper gown for an hour and a half. no doctor, nurse, or staff came back into the room to check on/update me at all. at 4:55pm, i still hadn’t been seen so i put my clothes back on & got ready to leave. dr Jordan finally comes in with a brief “sorry i’m running a bit behind” then notices i’m dressed and asks if i’m leaving - a... read more
