Very disappointed with service after delivery! Evan was hands down the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He deserves a gold star. But after we moved in things needed fixed. A couple of work crews came out and completed some sheet rock work. My back door was sagging in the middle causing my floor to buckle. A crew came out to look and actually busted the frame of the sliding door. We were promised a new door was ordered and it would be replaced. Two years later, still no back door replaced. After OC retiring shortly after my delivery Danny Smith ( Laurel Home Center) still took very good care of us in finish our setup of our new home. We strongly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new home,to make that one stop with Laurel Home Center they will take care of you and treat to like family.
We searched two years trying to find the right house. We met Danny Smith and he helped us design exactly what we wanted. He made sure everything was what we wanted it to be. And their service after the sale was great. He has went above and beyond to make it perfect for us. I recommend Danny and his crew above anyone else.
