We had a mini kitten catastrophe with an injured paw that we weren't sure how serious it was so it was scary. I called & got an appointment later that day and it was a very positive appointment. From scheduling the time with the receptionist to the interaction with the technician and most definitely the vet, Dr. Resh, the entire experience was a postive one. Kind, generous, compassionate and wonderful. These people are the best. Check out their little instructional videos. They used to do an educational seminar in the spring but have not done one lately. I learned a lot when they did. I would like them to do one about how to feed your horse, the right types of hay, wormers, blanket versus not blanketing, shoeing versus not shoeing and how to perform a general physical on your horse.
I’m so thankful for this vet practice full of knowledgeable staff! We have unfortunately had to use the on call service recently, and we are so thankful that LHAH has emergency services. Wouldn’t trust our dogs with anyone else!
